Following an oral hearing on 29 October 1984, Düsseldorf District Court partially granted the plaintiffs' claim against the defendant. It ordered payment of DM 285, with 4% interest from 20 December 1983, to the plaintiffs as joint creditors, and dismissed the claim for the remainder. The plaintiffs were ordered to bear 4/7 of the litigation costs and the defendant 3/7. The judgment was declared provisionally enforceable.

Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 29. Oktober 1984

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger

als Gesamtgläubiger DM 285,-- nebst 4 %

Zinsen seit dem 20.12.1983 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die

Kläger 4/7, die Beklagte 3/7.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
