auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 17. Dezember 1990

durch die Richterin X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Der Kläger darf die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von

DM 1.100,-- abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit

in gleicher Höhe leistet.

Die Sicherheitsleistung kann auch durch selbstschuldnerische Bürgschaft einer in

der Bundesrepublik Deutschland ansässigen Bank oder Sparkasse erbracht wer-

den.
