Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin.
Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von
je 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig
vollstreckbar.
Die Sicherheitsleistung kann auch in Form einer
Bürgschaft einer in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland
zugelassenen Großbank oder Sparkasse erbracht
werden.
