für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin DM 382,--
(i.W.: Dreihundertzweiundachtzig Deutsche Mark) nebst
4 % Zinsen seit dem 22.10.1994 zu zahlen; im übrigen wird
die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin zu 5/9,
die Beklagte zu 4/9.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
