Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger

600,-- DM nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem

  1. März 1995 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der

Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
