für R e c h t erkannt:
Unter Abweisung der Klage im übrigen wird die Beklagte dazu verurteilt, an die
Klägerin DM 761,20 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin zu 66 % und die Beklagte zu 33 %.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die Klägerin darf die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von
DM 500,-- abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollsteckung Sicherheit
in gleicher Höhe leistet.
Die Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von
DM 1.500,-- abwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit
in gleicher Höhe leistet.
Die Sicherheitsleistung kann auch durch selbstschuldnerische Bürgschaft einer
im Gebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland ansässigen großen Bank oder
öffentlich-rechtlichen Sparkasse erbracht werden.
