Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 7. Januar 1997

unter Mitwirkung des Richters am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Kläger haben als Gesamtschuldner die Kosten des Rechtsstreits

zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Kläger können die gegen sie gerichtete Vollstreckung gegen

Sicherheitsleistung von 1.500,00 DM abwenden, wenn nicht die

Beklagten vor der Vollstreckung in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leisten.

Sicherheitsleistungen können auch durch selbstschuldnerische,

unbedingte und unbefristete Bürgschaft von als Zoll- und Steuer-

bürgen zugelassenen deutschen Kreditinstituten bewirkt werden.
