für R e c h t erkannt:

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 10.000,-- DM nebst

4 % Zinsen seit dem 20. April 1996 zu zahlen.

Dem Beklagten werden die Kosten des Rechtsstreits auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 14.000,-- DM

vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Sicherheitsleistung kann auch durch

selbstschuldnerische, unbefristete Bürgschaft einer deutschen

Großbank oder Sparkasse erbracht werden.
