The plaintiff brought a civil monetary claim against the defendant. Following an oral hearing on 7 September 1998, Düsseldorf District Court ordered the defendant to pay DM 4,530.43, with interest at 5.75% from 4 March through 31 March 1998 and 4% from 1 April 1998 onward. Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin

4.530,43 DM nebst 5,75 % Zinsen vom

4.3.1998 bis 31.3.1998 und 4 % Zinsen

ab dem 1.4.1998 zu zahlen.

Die weitergehende Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe

6.000,-- DM vorläufig vollstreckbar.
