Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 23. Januar 2002

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 308,44 Euro nebst 5 % Zinsen

über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 09.10.01 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden den Parteien je zur Hälfte auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
