Following an oral hearing on 18 April 2002, the District Court Düsseldorf ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff €386.23. Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 386,23 EUR nebst 5 % Zin-sen über den Basiszinssatz nach § 1 DÜG aus 4.328,28 EUR für die Zeit vom 15.08. bis zum 21.09.2001 und aus 386,23 EUR seit dem 22.09.2001 zu zahlen.
Die Klägerin hat 10 % und die Beklagte hat 90 % der Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Auf die Wiedergabe des Tatbestandes wird gemäß § 313 a Satz 1 ZPO ver-zichtet.
