Following an oral hearing on 11 June 2002, Düsseldorf Local Court ordered the defendant to release the plaintiff from her lawyers’ advance-fee claim to the extent of EUR 2,378.99. The court dismissed the remainder of the claim and allocated the costs of the proceedings to the defendant. The judgment is provisionally enforceable; enforcement by the plaintiff is subject to security of 110% of the amount to be enforced.

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 11. Juni 2002

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, die Klägerin von dem Vorschussanspruch ihrer

Prozessbevollmächtigen, den Rechtsanwälte X aus X,

in Höhe von 2.378,99 EUR freizustellen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar, für die Klägerin nur gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils zu vollstreckenden Betrages.
