im vereinfachten Verfahren gemäß § 495 a ZPO am 19.07.2002
durch die Richterin X
für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Kläger 5,19 EUR
nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 01.12.2001 zu zahlen.
Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Kläger.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die Berufung wird nicht zugelassen.
Von der Darstellung des Tatbestandes wird gemäß §§ 495 a, 313 a ZPO abgesehen.
