Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

im schriftlichen Verfahren gemäß § 495 a ZPO am 11.1.05

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Unter Abweisung der Klage im Übrigen wird die Beklagte

verurteilt, an die Klägerin 465,05 € nebst 5 % Zinsen über

Basiszins ab 25.06.2004 und weitere 16,50 € zu zahlen.

Die Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
