für R e c h t erkannt:
Es wird festgestellt, dass der Rechtsstreit bezüglich der geltend gemachten Nebenforderung i. H. v. 133,11 EUR erledigt ist.
Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 342,33 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 02.12.2003 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger zu 62 % und die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner zu 38 %.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
