Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden den Klägern als Gesamtschuldnern auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Den Klägern wird nachgelassen, die Voll-streckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht zuvor die Beklagten Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leisten.
