für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Dem Kläger wird nachgelassen, die

gegen ihn gerichtete Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung oder Hinterlegung

in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden,

sofern nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe
