Following an oral hearing on 26 January 2007, the Local Court of Düsseldorf ordered the defendants to pay the plaintiff €3,488.26, together with interest at five percentage points above the base rate on specified installments from dates between 5 April and 5 October 2006. The defendants were also ordered to bear the litigation costs. The judgment is provisionally enforceable, subject to a security arrangement under which the defendants may avert enforcement by providing security amounting to 115% of the sum to be enforced, unless the plaintiff provides equivalent security first.

Die Beklagten werden verurteilt, an die Klägerin 3.488,26 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz

für 425,10 € seit dem 05.04.06,

für 425,10 € seit dem 05.05.06,

für 425,10 € seit dem 05.06.06,

für 553,24 € seit dem 05.07.06,

für 553,24 € seit dem 05.08.06,

für 553,24 € seit dem 05.10.06 sowie

für weitere 553,24 € seit dem 05.10.06 zu zahlen.

Die Beklagten tragen die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Beklagten können die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung von 115 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in dieser Höhe leistet.
