Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 15.2.2007

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger

155,88 € nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem

20.10.2005 sowie 48,43 € vorgerichtliche Anwaltskosten zu zahlen.

Die Klage im übrigen wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens tragen der Kläger zu 2/3, die Beklagten als

Gesamtschuldner zu 1/3.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Streitwert: 472,65 €.

Von der Darstellung eines Tatbestandes wird gemäß § 313 a Abs. 1 S. 1 ZPO abgesehen.
