hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

im vereinfachten Verfahren gemäß § 495 a ZPO

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 71,40 € zuzüglich Zinsen in Höhe

von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 11.7.2007

zu zahlen.

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 46,41 € zuzüglich Zinsen in Höhe

von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit Rechtshängig-

keit zu zahlen.

Der Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
