Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 162,12 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 11.03.2008 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte wird weiter verurteilt, die Klägerin von den Kosten der außer-gerichtlichen Rechtsverfolgung in Höhe von 46,41 € gemäß Rechnung der Rechtsanwälte XXX vom 03.03.2008, Nr. XXXX freizustellen.
Die Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
