für Recht erkannt:
Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger einen Betrag in Höhe von 228,49 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 10.04.2010 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
