für R e c h t erkannt:
Der anlässlich der Eigentümerversammlung vom 5.11.2009 unter Tagesord-nungspunkt 2 d) gefasste Beschluss über die Entlastung des Verwaltungs-beirates für das Geschäftsjahr 2008 wird für ungültig erklärt.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden den Beklagten auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung von 1.500,00 € vorläufig vollstreck-bar.
Der Streitwert wird auf 10.000,00 € festgesetzt.
