Following an oral hearing on 9 July 2010, Düsseldorf District Court ordered the defendant to disclose to the plaintiff the names and addresses of the co-partners/trustors of Immobiliengesellschaft Objekte H, E und M XXX KG. Disclosure must be made in a file readable by the plaintiff or, alternatively, by providing a printout. The defendant was also ordered to bear the costs of the proceedings. The judgment is provisionally enforceable subject to security of 110% of the costs to be enforced.

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, dem Kläger Namen und Anschriften der Mitge-sellschafter/Treugeber der Immobiliengesellschaft Objekte H, E und M XXX KG, in einer für den Kläger lesbaren Datei, hilfsweise durch einen Ausdruck der geforderten Informationen, mitzuteilen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Kostenbetrages.
