für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt an die Klägerin 983,44 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 09.07.2009 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte kann die Vollstreckung jedoch abwenden, wenn sie Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages leistet, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
