für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Die Kläger tragen die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die Kläger dürfen die Vollstreckung der Beklagten durch Sicherheitsleistung
in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die
Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
Die Parteien dürfen die Sicherheiten durch Bürgschaft einer Bank oder
Sparkasse mit Sitz in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland erbringen.
