Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 3.419,16 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 9,75 % seit dem 21.07.2010 sowie außergerichtliche Mahn-kosten in Höhe von 10,00 Euro zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits einschließlich der Kosten des Berufungs-verfahrens trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu voll-streckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
