Düsseldorf District Court awarded Frau Q €138 in remaining remuneration for her guardianship services during the period from 10 January to 9 July 2012. Der Anspruch richtet sich in voller Höhe gegen die Landeskasse, §§ 1908 i, 1836 Abs. 1 BGB sowie § 4 Abs. 1 in Verbindung mit § 1 Abs. 2 VBVG.

Die Beschwerde wird zugelassen, § 61 Abs. 2 und 3 FamFG.
