Following an oral hearing on 6 September 2012, Düsseldorf Local Court ordered the unnamed defendants jointly and severally to pay the unnamed plaintiff €1,299.63, with interest at five percentage points above the base rate from 9 August 2011. Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 06.09.2012

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.299,63 € nebst fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszins seit dem 09.08.2011 zu zahlen.

Weiterhin werden die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, die Klägerin von außergerichtlichen Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von 98,80 € gegenüber Rechtsanwalt T freizustellen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreites tragen die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe des jeweils zur Vollstreckung anstehenden Betrages zuzüglich 10 % vorläufig vollstreckbar.
