Tenor

Die Klage wird abgewiesen, soweit der Antrag auf Zahlung in Höhe von 1.950,75 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit Rechtshängigkeit gestellt wird.

Die Kostenentscheidung bleibt der Schlussentscheidung vorbehalten.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Klägerin darf die Zwangsvollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des beizutreibenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagten vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leisten.
