Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger zu 1. einen Betrag in Höhe von EUR 250 und an die Klägerin zu 2. einen Betrag in Höhe von EUR 250 jeweils nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 17.12.2013 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagtenseite .

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Berufung wird nicht zugelassen.
