Tenor

Die Beklagten werden gesamtschuldnerisch verurteilt, an den Kläger 145,60 EUR (in Worten: einhundertfünfundvierzig Euro und sechzig Cent) nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 07.06.2014 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtstreits tragen der Kläger zu 55% und die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner zu 45%.

Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
