Tenor

I.

Die Angeklagte D wird wegen Beihilfe zum versuchten Betrug zu einer Geldstrafe von 30 Tagessätzen zu je 10 Euro verurteilt, die sie in monatlichen Raten zu je 25 Euro abtragen kann.

II.

Der Angeklagte C wird wegen versuchten Betruges zu einer Freiheitsstrafe von 6 Monaten verurteilt, deren Vollstreckung zur Bewährung ausgesetzt wird.

III.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens sowie ihre notwendigen Auslagen tragen die Angeklagten.
