für Recht erkannt:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 1.200,00 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 28.08.2014 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte wird weiterhin verurteilt, an den Kläger weitere 112,75 € außergerichtliche Rechtsanwaltsgebühren nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 05.12.2014 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.
Das Urteil vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung des Klägers durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
