hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf im vereinfachten Verfahren gemäß § 495a ZPO ohne mündliche Verhandlung am 6. April 2016 durch den Richter am Amtsgericht I für Recht erkannt:
Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Klägerin auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Klägerin wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110% des vollstreckbaren Betrags abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110% des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrags leistet.
