der Angeklagte O wird zu einer Geldstrafe von 100 Tagessätzen zu je 60,00€

der Angeklagten Y einer Geldstrafe von 70 Tagessätzen zu je 40,00€

verurteilt.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens sowie und die notwendigen Auslagen tragen die Angeklagten.
