The Düsseldorf Local Court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff €984.60 in warning costs and €900 in license compensation. Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin

  1. Abmahnkosten von 984,60 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 18.2.2014 sowie

  2. eine Lizenzentschädigung von 900.-€ nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 18.2.2014

zu zahlen

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.

Dieses Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils beizutreibenden/zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
