Resumo Omnilex

The Düsseldorf Local Court considered a further participant’s request concerning a filed claim in insolvency proceedings. The request sought examination of whether the claim was excluded from discharge under § 302 InsO and whether its stated basis was an intentional tort. The court rejected the request on both points and held the claim filing inadmissible to that extent.
