Das Versäumnisurteil vom 23.01.2018 wird aufrechterhalten.

Die weiteren Kosten des Verfahrens trägt die Beklagte.

Der Beklagten wird nachgelassen, die Zwangsvollstreckung aus dem Versäumnisurteil gegen Sicherheitsleistung i.H.v. 110 % des beizutreibenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
