In a first-instance civil judgment, the Düsseldorf Local Court partially granted the plaintiff's claim against the defendant. It ordered payment of EUR 570.70 with interest at five percentage points above the base rate from 16 April 2016, and EUR 147.56 in pre-litigation legal fees with interest from 9 October 2017. Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin EUR 570,70 nebst 5 Prozentpunkten Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 16.04.2016 sowie EUR 147,56 an vorgerichtlichen Rechtsanwaltsgebühren nebst 5 Prozentpunkten Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 09.10.2017 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Klägerin hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen, die durch die Anrufung des unzuständigen Amtsgerichts H entstanden sind. Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits im Übrigen haben die Klägerin zu 10,6 % und die Beklagte zu 89,4 % zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
