Der Angeklagte wird wegen besonders schwerer Zwangsprostitution in Tateinheit mit schwerem Menschenhandel und mit Förderung sexueller Handlungen Minderjähriger sowie mit Zuhälterei sowie wegen gefährlicher Körperverletzung in Tateinheit mit Unterschlagung und Nötigung sowie wegen Freiheitsberaubung zu einer Gesamtfreiheitsstrafe von zwei Jahren verurteilt, deren Vollstreckung zur Bewährung ausgesetzt wird.
Die Kosten des Verfahrens sowie seine notwendigen Auslagen trägt der Angeklagte.
Ein Betrag in Höhe von 30.080,00 EUR unterliegt der Einziehung von Wertersatz zugunsten der Geschädigten S.
