Der Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Verfahrens.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110% des vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der jeweilige Vollstreckungsgläubiger vor der Vollstreckung eine Sicherheit in Höhe von 110% des zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
