für Recht erkannt:

Das Versäumnisurteil des Amtsgerichts Düsseldorf vom 10.01.2019 (Az.: 27 C 257/18) bleibt mit der Maßgabe aufrechterhalten, dass sich die Vollstreckbarkeit nach dem hiesigen Urteil richtet.

Die weiteren Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
