The Federal Labor Court dismissed the plaintiff’s revision against the judgment of the Hessian Labor Court. The parties had waived a statement of facts and reasons because of a parallel case. The only operative consequences were dismissal of the revision and allocation of the revision costs to the plaintiff.

If the revision is unsuccessful, the revising party bears the costs of the revision.
