The Federal Labor Court dismissed the plaintiff's revision against the judgment of the Hessian LAG in an employment case. The parties had waived findings of fact and reasons because of a parallel proceeding. The court therefore only entered the dispositive ruling and ordered the plaintiff to bear the costs of the revision.
