The Federal Labour Court issued a recognition judgment in an employment case. Auf die Revision der Klägerin wird das Urteil des Landesarbeitsgerichts Berlin-Brandenburg vom 10. Mai 2016 - 16 Sa 30/16 - aufgehoben.
Die Berufung der Beklagten gegen das Teilurteil des Arbeitsgerichts Berlin vom 8. Juli 2015 - 14 Ca 1791/15 - wird zurückgewiesen.
Die Beklagte hat die Kosten der Berufung und der Revision zu tragen.
