In this labour-law revision proceedings, the Federal Labour Court issued a recognition judgment without findings of fact or reasons. Die Anschlussberufung der Beklagten gegen das Urteil des Arbeitsgerichts Berlin vom 26. November 2015 - 13 Ca 2610/15 - wird zurückgewiesen.
Die Kostenentscheidung bleibt dem Schlussurteil vorbehalten.
