The Federal Constitutional Court dismissed the election review complaint. It referred to the reasons stated in the reporting judge's letter of 12 April 2016 and, relying on § 26(3) sentence 3 EuWG together with § 24 sentence 2 BVerfGG, declined to provide further reasons.
