The Federal Constitutional Court did not admit the constitutional complaint for decision. The case concerned lawyer advertising on a robe by using a name and internet address, after prior decisions of the Federal Court of Justice and the Anwaltsgerichtshof Hamm. The Chamber issued a non-reasoned order under Section 93d(1) sentence 3 BVerfGG and held the decision to be final and unappealable.
§ 93d Abs. 1 Satz 3 BVerfGG; Nichtannahme der Verfassungsbeschwerde ohne Begründung im Kammerverfahren. Die Kammer kann von einer Begründung absehen, wenn sie die Verfassungsbeschwerde nicht zur Entscheidung annimmt. Eine solche Nichtannahmeentscheidung ist unanfechtbar.
