PER CURIAM:
Piero A. Bugoni appeals the district court’s orders granting in part Defendants’
motions to dismiss and granting Appellee’s motion for summary judgment. We have
reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons
stated by the district court. Bugoni v. Empl. Background Investigations, Inc., No. 1:20-cv-
01133-SAG (D. Md. Oct. 9, 2020 & Mar. 25, 2022). We dispense with oral argument
because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this
court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
